We are building Avys, email marketing AI agent for online shops. While other solutions require lots of efforts to integrate and maintain, Avys is fully autonomous, easy to setup, and works with the entire product catalog of our client’s shops. Avys delivers beautiful personalised emails to the right audience at the right time, bringing shop owners more clicks and revenue (in comparison with classic solutions), while also saving time.

Having been live for around two years already, we have accumulated plenty of success stories across our rapidly growing customer base, and we are on an ambitious path of establishing ourselves as industry leaders.

We are looking for a person to help us bring a client-facing app to the next level of excellence.

What you will be doing

• Working with the client-facing Next.js full-stack app and editor for emails. Out tech stack is based on React, Next.js, react-aria → shadcn, mobx-keystone, TypeScript, Supabase, Tailwind, AWS.
• Taking part in shaping the product, from a user problem to delivering measuring the outcome.
• Writing the a necessary pragmatic amount of tests to ensure what you ship works and lasts.
• Examples of the projects you could work on:
  • Publicly available product test-drive.
  • Automated recipients list cleanup.
  • Setting up a test suite for Email Components Library.
  • Migrating from Unlayer editor to our own solution.
  • Setting up a solution to track customer actions on certain features.

Our perfect candidate

• You have been in the game for at least 5 years already.
• You are comfortable writing in TypeScript, and you worked with things like React, Vue, Angular, etc.
• You are comfortable working as a “full-stack” when needed.
• You either already had a chance of working in an outcome-driven environment, or you have a strong desire to be in one.
• You are good with async communication: things like writing RFC or recording a demo video do not sound off-putting to you. You are comfortable being on a call with clients.
• You have reasonable habits in regards to balancing tech debt, high quality solutions and business value.
• You can work autonomously if needed.
• You are ambitious, but you are a team player first.
• You are comfortable dealing with challenges of email development (far from the biggest and yet a noticeable part of our work).
