We are building Avys, AI CRM agent. While other email marketing solutions require a massive amount of time and effort to set up and maintain, our clients can integrate an agent within a day and enjoy having Avys sending emails for them — personalised, meaningful, cleverly targeted and perfectly timed.

Having been live for almost two years, we have accumulated plenty of success stories across our rapidly growing customer base. With a recently closed investment round, we are on an ambitious path of establishing ourselves as industry leaders.

We are looking for a person to help us with the challenge of bringing a client-facing app to the next level of excellence.

What you will be doing

• Working with client-facing Next.js full-stack app and editor for emails (React, Next.js, shadcn, react-aria, TypeScript, Supabase, Unlayer, Tailwind).
• You take part in shaping the product, from a user problem to measuring the outcome. You are actively participating in discussions and are fully engaged.
• You write the minimum necessary, pragmatic and thoughtful amount of tests to ensure what you ship works and lasts.
• Examples of the projects you could work on:
  • Helping us make clients onboarding frictionless.
  • Putting together a critical path E2E suite.
  • Improving certain components in the components library.
  • Setting up a solution to track customer actions on certain features.

Our perfect candidate

• You have been in the game for at least 5 years already.
• You are comfortable writing high-quality code in TypeScript, and you worked with things like React, Vue, Angular, etc.
• You are comfortable working “full-stack” when needed.
• You either already had a chance of working in an outcome-driven environment, or you have a strong desire to be in one.
• You are good with async communication: things like writing RFC or recording demo video do not sound off-putting to you; you have strong communication skills overall.
• You have reasonable habits in regards to balancing tech debt and high quality solutions.
• You are open minded about building with AI.
• You can work autonomously if needed.
• You are ambitious, and yet you are a team player first.
